I’ve executed integrated campaigns for some of Australia’s biggest and most trusted brands including financial institutions, tourism, automotive and FMCG. Experienced working client side, creative agency and publisher on all things advertising has equipped me with a strong knowledge and passion for innovative creative solutions to make great ideas happen. I’m a passionate team member with an unwavering commitment to be solution oriented. Basically, if there’s a project that needs a calm head, get it done attitude and colour coded spreadsheet.. I’m your girl.

My Role
As the person who ‘gets things done’ in our team, I primarily work across a wide range of projects and internal stakeholders from Sales, Product, Content and everyone in between to help manage the implementation of bespoke campaigns, produce processes and help with the delivery of new media products.
Experience
Having previously worked in multiple teams (Agency Sales, Product and now Commercial Solutions), over my 12+ years at carsales, I have had exposure and gained knowledge in many different areas and from many different people. I love a good process and to see a project come to life from start to end. Whilst I enjoy managing projects at carsales, I do have a creative side to me that needs to be fulfilled, which I do in my custom cake business, where I get to utilise my artist talents.

My Role
As Commercial Solution Specialist, my role is to take proposals and drive them to become well-executed campaigns. I work closely with Sales, Product and Editorial, as well as clients and agencies to package solutions, manage delivery, and ensure what we sell is brought to life. I'm very much a get-things-done kind of gal and love working with people to see things through to the shiny, final product.
Experience
I've been in the business over 10 years in sales and strategy roles across Dealer, CIL, and Media, and have a strong understanding of how to deliver practical, effective solutions for a wide range of client needs. I looovee a good challenge, and can stay calm while working a hundred miles an hour to get things moving. What drives me most is solving problems and seeing positive results — whether that’s a campaign landing successfully, a performance target achieved, or every box neatly ticked on a to-do list. Between meetings and deadlines, I'm inhaling content - books, articles, podcasts, videos etc. and will happily talk about any recent pop culture event to anyone who will listen (or better yet, is as obsessed as I am).

I’m a multidisciplinary designer specialising in digital-first creative, spanning design, video, motion, photography, UI/UX, and AI. I work end-to-end on creative execution and collaborate closely with our Creative Director, Shane, on concept development and ideation.
Experience
My background across design, web, media, and marketing has seen me work with brands in auto, tech, real estate, and retail; using strong visuals, innovative formats, and emerging tools to help brands cut through and connect with their audience.

My Role
As the Commercial Solutions Director, I turn ideas into logistics – working with Editorial, Product and Marketing to turn concepts into actionable plans with concrete outcomes, be they a new video format or iteration of our media solutions.
Experience
Starting in digital media over 15 years ago I’ve seen “the year of mobile” finally happen and QR codes actually take off (unfortunately…?!). Having worked across categories from finance to beauty to auto I can confidently say there is a media solution to (almost) any business challenge as long as strategy, insight and audience are kept front and centre.
